I had the pleasure of enjoying beautiful rooms, complete with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs, which were perfect after hiking. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals and features local wines, and the terrace offers stunning views—an ideal spot to relax post-adventure. Special touches, like a welcome drink and attentive staff, enhanced my experience. David and Noelia foster a warm atmosphere that encourages conversation among guests. While Paraiso del Bierzo may appear luxurious, its rates remain reasonable, especially when considering the exceptional service and prime location. It’s a great stop before tackling the climb to O Cebreiro, and I found the complimentary Wi-Fi and picnic area particularly valuable. A delightful balance of luxury and worth, I look forward to returning here.
